German-Speaking Customer Advisor – Remote (Based in Greece)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in German
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Log and update customer records in internal CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Meet individual and team KPIs and quality standards
Requirements
- Native or near-native German speaker (C1/C2 level minimum)
- Good command of English (B2 or above)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and solution-focused attitude
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- EU passport or valid right to work in Greece
