We're hiring a Flemish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an Automotive team in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 28/Sep/26.

Back office / case management / connected services support.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Flemish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
