Join a Multilingual Services account in Braga, Portugal as a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 13/Aug/26, 27/Aug/26.

Only native-level French speakers will be considered for this position.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
