We're hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Multilingual Services team in Porto, Portugal.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 20/Aug/26.

Sales skills, digital skills a plus.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
