About the role

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on QA Manual Analyst to join our growing team in Tangier on a permanent basis. You'll be embedded in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where quality is everyone's business — and your expertise will directly shape the product. The team moves quickly, values open communication, and genuinely enjoys what they build.

Working model: Hybrid — 2 days per week on-site in Tangier, remote the rest of the week.

What you'll do

• Design, write, and execute detailed manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track bugs through their full lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement
• Report on quality metrics and flag risks early and clearly
• Champion a quality-first culture within a fluid, agile team

What we're looking for

QA Manual certification or equivalent qualification is mandatory — this is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Proven experience in manual testing across web and/or mobile applications
• Strong command of test case design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary value, exploratory)
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
• Clear communicator — written and verbal English required
• Autonomous, rigorous, and detail-oriented mindset
